Foundamentals
From the Heart Performing Arts will provide each student with a general overview of the fundamental principles of Dance, Music, Theater and Visual Arts. This program is specifically geared towards student’s ages 6-18yrs. They will be assessed and taught base on their aesthetic and desired interest
Standards
All classes and lessons will adhere to the Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards for the state of California Public Schools. Students will observe their environment and respond, using the elements of music, theater and dance respectively. We challenge each child to express their creative expression and continually develop their artistic perception which will cause them to excel in other areas of study.
Expectations
The student will compare, connect, and incorporate art forms by describing and analyzing methods of presentation by participation and audience response. They will learn discipline, a great work ethic and confidence to pursue what it takes to excel at something that gives them a great vehicle of expression.
